As an external subcontractor we are paranoid about security.
We use LastPass for safekeeping all our passwords.
We use YubiKey 5 Series as multi-factor authentication (having also backup keys secured in physical way).
We propose to share files by using Egress Secure Workspace to keep our deliverables like Domain Model, Task Descriptions and other files secure. After all this is information which can create competitive advantage and we need to make it as private as possible. We will finance licenses for Egress products for client employees even for very initial work.
We are still looking for a secure conferencing tool. In meantime we propose to use Egress Intelligent Email Security to communicate via email.
We use dedicated PCs to work on client projects. We are working on making these PCs secure and to keep as little software installed there as possible.
We use separate PCs for daily work such as marketing, sales, content creation, internet research, social media etc.
In terms of data security we use NAS Synology Server as a backup solution for company critical data.
We are more than willing to adjust to our clients security policies. As a small company we can quickly adjust to your concerns.
